GYMNASTICS – BODYWEIGHT

Box Jump, Pushup, Hanging Knee Raises, Jumping Pull-up, Broad Jump, Hangs and Holds

Ring Dips, Wall Walk, Toes-to-bar, Knees-to-elbows, Pull-ups, Handstand Hold

Handstand Pushups, Bar Muscle-up, Ring Muscle-up, Chest-to-bar Pull-up, Rope Climb, Handstand Walk

FREE WEIGHTS

(KETTLEBELL – DUMBBELL)

Russian Swings, Goblet Squat, Front Rack Lunges

Swings, Kettlebell Clean, Suitcase Deadlift

Snatch, Jerk

BARBELL

Powerlifting – Olympic Weightlifting

Deadlift, Push Press, Clean, Back Squat

Front Rack Lunges, Overhead Squat, Jerk

The skillsets mentioned above are indicative and they may or may not be used in the competition.

For all athletes that can not swim or compete at a given WOD, a scaling option will be available. If an athlete scales, he or she can participate at all events but without participating at the leaderboard.

Rx Competitors have to be prepared and well trained for any functional challenge, to be executed at high intensity
